Will I get a quote the same day?
Yes. Your technician presents a full equipment replacement quote before leaving your home. If the scope is unusually complex, we'll follow up within one business day — but same-day is our standard. No waiting, no follow-up calls.
What if I decide not to replace anything?
That's completely fine. You still get the full written findings and a clear picture of your system's condition. There's no obligation to proceed with any work whatsoever.
Do I need to be home for the visit?
Yes. We need access to your equipment — furnace, AC unit, electrical panel, and any accessible ductwork. Plan to be present for the full appointment so we can walk you through the findings in person.
Is this the same as a tune-up or maintenance visit?
No. A tune-up is routine maintenance. This is a diagnostic evaluation — we're assessing your system's design, efficiency, safety, and expected lifespan, and producing a replacement quote.
